Improving our physical health and fitness gives us more energy for the other things we value in our lives.
Finding a way to reduce our work stress makes it easier to be there for the people who matter in our lives.
Taking action to make our relationships more healthy and supportive can help us find the time we need for work or exercise.
If our life or work demands are unmanageable, it’s hard to make time for exercise or healthy living. But make those synergies work for you and it’s a different picture.
By bringing life, work and fitness into better balance, each can support the other.
Like all the coaching clients I’ve helped find their individual sweet spot between work and life, and come up with a plan to get their balance right.
Like the coaching client who spent a few months doing physical training to build up her stamina ahead of a challenging work event. (I wasn’t her coach at the time but I found the idea inspiring.)
I’m just at the start of my journey of helping others to bring all three elements together. But each day brings me new examples in my own life of how powerful it can be.
