My background

Experienced coach

  • I have been coaching for over 14 years.
  • I have helped more than fifty people with life-work balance, work challenges and career development
  • I love to help people see their situation with new eyes and find the strength to explore new possibilities.

A parent

  • For a few years parenthood took over my life.
  • Lots of my dreams had to be put on hold for a while – but I became good at squeezing in time for me in the gaps.
  • And as time went on, the world opened up again and I found time to follow my dreams of helping more people through my coaching.

A fitness latecomer

  • I was always the one who couldn’t do sports at school.
  • As an adult I cycled to the shops, but swam like a brick and got shin splints running for a bus.
  • During lockdown I found the joy of challenging my body and moving strongly through the world.
  • And before I knew it I’d discovered strength training, sea swimming and competed an 80 mile triathlon!

A unique offer

  • Discovering fitness gave me so much more energy, not just physically but mentally.
  • Getting outside and moving helps me manage stress and come up with new ideas. Overcoming physical challenges inspires me to pursue life and work goals.

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor (Future Fitness 2026)
  • Indoor Cycling Instructor (Future Fitness 2026)
  • Level 3 and 4 Personal Trainer (Future Fitness – in progress)
  • Open University Postgraduate course in Creativity, Innovation and Change. (2003)
  • Facilitation skills including action learning set facilitation (Civil service, various dates)
  • Member of Association for Coaching
