With the new year approaching, it’s a great time to start making plans for what you want to achieve in the new year, whether in your life, your career, your fitness, or all three.

But those plans can easily lose momentum in those dark January days. I’ve pulled together some great tips to help you make resolutions that will help you succeed with whatever change you want to make.

I’ve learnt a lot over the years about making changes. I’m a qualified coach. I’ve spent 12 years helping people make their dreams a reality, while mine took a back seat to the demands of parenthood.

And then I found my life was opening up again, with new opportunities and new challenges. A crucial step for me was improving my fitness – I went from not being able to run for a bus without pain to completing marathons.

And to my surprise, my fitness journey gave me new energy and the courage to dream of bigger goals in my work and life. That’s why I’m expanding my coaching service to cover fitness- so I can help others get their life, work & fitness into balance

Follow my coaching page or message me to receive a free worksheet to help you come up with a plan to make your resolutions January-proof.

And for the first five people to get in touch, I’m offering a free half hour coaching session so we can build a personalised action plan to set you up for a new year where you achieve more than you ever dreamed possible.
