This is new and I’m excited to see how I can blend my coaching and PT skills to give you the perfect mix.

I know from my own experience, and from starting to apply this with my clients, that there are some powerful synergies to be built on.

We’ll start by plotting where you are, and where you want to be, on my unique wheel of life. I’ve modified this classic coaching tool to incorporate cardio, strength and mobility alongside your life and work goals.

Building on this, we’ll come up with a personalised plan that is weighted to your priorities.

How we work together will build on that initial conversation and match your priorities – if fitness was top of your list, we’ll spend more time on that. Maybe we’ll meet at the gym for a quick 15 minutes to discuss your life and work goals before we jump into a training session.

Or if your priority is your life or work goals, we will spend most of the time helping you make progress towards those goals. Maybe we’ll just spend ten minutes reviewing how your physical activity is supporting your overall wellbeing and energy.

Over time, if your needs change we can shift the balance of how we work together so it stays the perfect support.
