It’s six months since I started posting my reflections on my exploration of life, work and fitness coaching.
It has been an interesting journey, full of ups and downs. I’ve just read back through my posts and realised how far I’ve come in that time.
The frustrations and fears I have overcome.
The new dreams I have learned to dream.
The coaching that I’ve had from Rachel Lee https://www.borntobebold.co.uk/ has really helped me to shift my mindset towards believing that change is possible. And also reinforced my sense that coaching and change go hand in hand – there is power in naming your wishes and your fears and starting to shape your plans, in a safe, nurturing space.
I’m now on the cusp of getting my personal trainer qualification and leaving my comfortable but stifling job to take my career in a new direction.
But perhaps even more importantly, I’ve built new confidence in what I have to offer people. That a decade of coaching experience and new PT skills will come together to create a something unique and valuable.
My mission is simple – help people to change their lives for the better.
Not just the flash in a pan of a new year’s resolution. I want to help people find meaningful change that becomes self-sustaining because it helps them feel alive. And because their life, work and fitness are aligned to their goals and working in synergy.
I know there are people out there who are thirsty for that sort of change. Are you one of them?
